Terms and Conditions

Securing a booking / Payment
For all orders a non-refundable booking fee of £100 will be required to secure a booking.
This booking fee is also used to cover any damages that may occur to hire items.
Until the booking form and the Terms and Conditions Agreement (signed by the Client) and deposit is received to the Company then no booking will be deemed to have been made.
The balance is payable ONE full calendar month before the event date.
If a booking is cancelled more than one month in advance then no more is payable but the booking fee will not be refunded.
Bookings cancelled within one month prior to the event will occur an additional £100 cancellation fee.
Bookings made within one month of the event date must be paid in full at time of booking.
The Company will not attend, supply or provide any goods or services if the full balance has not been paid in full.
Payment on the day is not accepted.


Delivery and collections
Items are delivered by Giant Garden Games UK at agreed time and date.Giant Garden Games UK set up the items hired, ready to be used by client.Items hired must be ready for collection at the agreed location at the correct date and time.
Giant Garden Games UK pack away and take items hired.
The Client is responsible for ensuring The Company has been provided a parking space at the venue (where applicable) and ensuring no access will be denied, so that items hired can be unloaded and delivered into venue.
Failing that, the Company can cancel the delivery at any time and no refund will be made.


Please be advised that some sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils.
They may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing nuts.
Giant Garden Games UK cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies.
Customers should ensure that young children are supervised at all times to avoid the risk of suffocation or choking from plastic sweet wrappers, plastic bags or sweets.
Giant Garden Games UK cannot be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of our equipment or consumption of the confectionary at the event.

Non returns / Damaged goods
Charges will be made for any damaged goods.
This includes but is not limited to; goods that have been dragged on the floor, ground in earth or grass stains, burns, holes, rips, tears, candles wax, grease or deep staining.
Please note games such as Limbo, Noughts and Crosses, connect four, corn hole game and Jenga are wooden and they can’t stay out in the heavy rain.
Failing that, damage will occur and you will get charged for any damage or breakage of the item.
Additionally, wedding mini golf course cannot be set up outside in poor rain conditions, as damage will occur to artificial grass, in case of unpredicted weather changes, golf will be attempted to be set up in dry location such as uncover or inside if venue has availability to do so.
Our photo booth is to be accompanied by a staff member to minimise damage to item, however if guests cause any damage to exterior design, screen or interior such as wiring or printer, damages are to be paid by the client.
The cost to pay to repair will be sent as an invoice.
Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at full replacement value and delivery to The Company.
No substitute item will be accepted by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.
Additional journeys for attempted re-collection will be charged at full mileage plus time.
Damaged goods remain the property of the Company.
Shortages and damages to some hired goods that comes in pack will be charged at full package price regardless of the quantity that’s been lost or damaged (one or more).
